The deluxe package is like an upgrade from the standard package. You get all the standard services plus additional dog grooming or cat grooming add-ons. 

Overview of Standard Package 
Your dog will be given a dog grooming assessment (or cat grooming assessment for a cat). He'll be handled gently to get him comfortable with the mobile pet grooming process. He will get a good brush out and we'll clip his nails. Then your pet will receive a relaxing hydro-massage bath and a blueberry facial. We'll clean your pet from head to toe including an ear canal cleaning and anal expression. He'll be dried, fluffed, brushed out again, and given a flea/tick treatment. Then we'll spray him with an all-natural fragrance to make him smell good. 

What the Deluxe Package Has to Offer 
The deluxe package is designed to tidy-up your pet's fur after it has been cleaned and brushed. Cleaning and brushing your pet's fur is likely to make it appear longer and possibly a bit uneven so a light, full body trim helps it to look neat, nice, and presentable. If it's hot outside, it is a good idea for your long-haired pets to have a good trim to keep them cool. Keeping their fur trimmed also leaves less places for unwanted pests to hide on your pet. 

Besides an all-over trim, the deluxe package also includes a sanitary area trim. This is a trim around the genitals and anus. Sanitary trims are important because pets aren't always the neatest when they relieve themselves. Substances can get stuck to their fur, or dry onto their fur. This creates an environment for germs and bacteria which your pet may around your home as they sit and lay around. 

While washing your dog does eliminate a lot of these substances and germs, getting a regular sanitary trim will keep hairs from being in the path of elimination in the first place. Sanitary trims require a very delicate touch so it is recommended to allow professionals to perform this type of trim. Our groomers are highly experienced with sanitary trims and will use the utmost care when trimming your pet. 

The deluxe package also comes with a paw tidy-up. Removing excess hair from your dog's paw is important for other reasons besides looks. For one, excess paw hair can diminish the friction between the pads on your pet's feet and the ground, so on certain surfaces your pet may have trouble walking correctly. It can also get tangled and matted. Excessive paw hair can trap dirt as your dog walks and can also be a hiding places for fleas and ticks. It can also cover up any type of sores or injuries your pet may have on their feet or in between their toes.
